I haven’t had un-painted toenails in 6 years.I am 50% Honduran and my mom is from the states. Some people say I look 100% American and some people think I’m Asian. A lot of people can’t figure out what nationality I am.I either get told I look like Hilary Duff or Leighton Meester.When I was younger I was OBSESSED with Jesse McCartney in the way that some people nowadays are obsessed with One Direction.Cam and I planned for him to ask me out on November 15 th because 15 was his favorite number.Turns out, his mother had owned the studio I painted it at and we used to go there all the time! So it’s possible I had seen Cam years before we actually became friends and then dated. Months later, Cam noticed a piece of painted pottery in my room. When my parents first met Cam’s parents, they kept saying how Cam’s mom looked so familiar, but couldn’t figure out where they’d seen her before.My sister, Caroline, and I get asked if we are twins all the time, and when people find out we aren’t actually twins, they always think she’s older.I miss it so much and wish I went there all through high school! It was a private Christian school and I LOVED wearing uniforms and having chapel Wednesday mornings. The high school I graduated from, I only went to for my senior year.I almost went to the University of Iowa to major in English and be on the dance team.I got the part and was so happy to be bossy and wear an apron. For the third grade play, the part I wanted the most was to play the mom.

I had to stay in my seat and sit on a pillow! I was so injured, I couldn’t sit on the floor with the rest of the kids.

In second grade, I fell off the counter I was standing on trying to get a mug for milk and I had to wear an ice pack in my pants to school for a couple weeks.

I am afraid of jack-in-the-boxes even though I know when they are going to pop out.

I love being outside, but I hate smelling like outside.

I used to try to sleep in my splits when I was a dancer because I wanted to have perfect flexibility.

I have a scar on my left hand from where I cat bit me when I was babysitting when I was 12.

The commercial was all in Spanish and only aired in Honduras, so I’ve never been able to watch it or show it to people which makes it sound like I made it up!

I was in a commercial for my aunt and uncle’s store.

And I really don’t like doing things I’m not good at, but I’m trying to get over that. I think when I first started my blog I was still an addict, so if you scroll way back on my Instagram feed there’s probably several Diet Coke cans pictured. I drank it in the morning instead of coffee, and now that sounds so gross. And in return, you can tell me some random things about yourself in the comments, so I can know ya better! I love the 50 Random Facts tag on YouTube, so I thought I’d do it over here.

I feel like ever since I’ve kind of re-vamped the blog, there have been some new faces! It’s crazy how much I feel like ya’ll are my blog family, and at the same time, I feel like we don’t know enough about each other.
